Local attractions
We are a convenient base from which to explore the picturesque Teme Valley with its timeless villages and market towns, notably Ludlow.
The historic town of Ludlow is also known for it's annual Shakespeare production in the castle grounds and it's summer festival of food and drink.
Close by are several fine houses: Burford House Gardens, Berrington Hall and Croft Castle owned by the National Trust, and Stokesay Castle.
Further away
Less than an hour's drive away is the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge and, further south, the Severn Valley Railway. At a similar distance are the cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester.
In addition there are many other attractions, activities and trails such as the Black and White Village Trail.
